Simple eligibility: New residential customers only; one introductory service per address. Qualifying homes and townhomes up to 2,000 sq. ft. Small detached garages and sheds at the same address are included when safely accessible. Available throughout our service area, subject to route availability. Cannot be combined with other offers. Specialty work is separate: Cockroach clean-outs, rodent service, fleas and ticks, mosquitoes, bed bugs, termites, wildlife, exclusion or remediation work, and specialty or unusually severe infestations are not included in this offer.

Clear recurring-service expectations

Recurring visits are primarily exterior and are adjusted for seasonal pest activity. Exterior service may be completed when nobody is home; interior treatment requires access and an appointment. One complimentary callback is available between scheduled visits for covered pests while the account is active and current. Please allow approximately 10–14 days after treatment before requesting a callback, except for urgent stinging-insect concerns.

Accessible wasp service applies to activity or nests on or immediately around the structure that can be treated safely with standard equipment. Concealed nests, roof access, opening walls, specialty lifts, unsafe access, structural sealing, and repair work require a separate assessment.

Your recurring rate is locked for the first 12 months. You may cancel before the next scheduled visit without a cancellation charge. If pricing changes after the first year, we will provide advance notice.
