Can you service wooded or rural-edge properties?
Often, yes. Send the address, property type, access information, and pest concern. Acreage, detached structures, steep access, or service areas away from the primary building may affect the scope and quote.
What is included in recurring general pest protection?
Coverage may include scheduled exterior-focused treatment, seasonal adjustments, accessible eave and web removal when appropriate, entry-point observations, targeted interior service when needed, and one covered-pest callback between visits.
Which services require a separate quote?
Cockroaches, rodents, fleas and ticks, mosquitoes, snails or slugs, and bed bugs are specialty services. Termites, wildlife, full exclusion, remediation, and restoration are outside our current standard scope.
