Roach Clean-Outs
Cockroach problems require a more focused approach than standard pest control. Roaches can hide deep inside kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, wall voids, and other hard-to-reach areas. Because of this, successful control often requires targeted treatments, monitoring, customer preparation, and follow-up visits until activity is under control.
We begin with an inspection and build a targeted clean-out plan around the infestation level, property size, activity areas, and follow-up needs. Cockroach service is not advertised as a one-time guaranteed treatment.

Bed bug, rodent, flea/tick, mosquito, snail and slug services.
Bed bug treatment, rodent monitoring, flea/tick treatments, mosquito service, and snail or slug service are available as specialty/add-on services. They are not included in standard general pest coverage unless specifically listed in writing.
Rodent monitoring may include trapping and exterior tamper-resistant bait stations. Active recurring service accounts may request up to two exterior bait stations at no additional setup charge. Additional bait stations beyond the first two include a one-time setup and installation fee of $25 per station. Bait stations remain company property unless specifically sold in writing.
